Maintain Account Integrity. Users may not: Share accounts, Impersonate others, Create fake organizations, use bots to manipulate complaints.

Please note that Etamor Civic does provide the contact information for the emergency services. For immediate emergencies such as:
- Fire
- Medical emergencies
- Active crime
Users can use the app's contact feature for appropriate emergency services directly. The app also provide an extreme scenario emergency service such as during natural calamity or when the life of an individual is at risk. The users can turn on the feature in the Emergency Assist settings and save the contacts and information of their known persons. Using this feature sends emergency alerts, user's information, device's location to the police and to your saved contact person

The app has a Reputation System where users who repeatedly submit:
- High-quality reports
- Verified evidence
- Helpful updates
can earn higher trust scores. Users who repeatedly violate policies may receive: Warning, Temporary suspension, Permanent ban.
